From N$2,500 per election, covering your first 150 voters

One election fee covers running the election itself: ballot build, loading your voter list, a practice run, the certified results report and support on the day. Voters above 150 are charged individually on your exact roll, never a size band, at a rate that falls as the roll grows.

Example: 835 voters = N$2,500 + 250 × N$13 + 435 × N$8.75 = N$9,556. The rate steps down as your roll grows, and only the voters in the higher blocks pay the lower rates.

Setup, ballot build, voter-list loading and one round of changes are all part of the price. There is no separate setup fee.

Your invitation and first reminder are included for every voter. Additional reminder rounds are N$0.55 per SMS. Link-recovery and practice-run messages are never charged. Email is free.

Is there more than one plan?

No. There is one plan and every feature is included in it at every size. The only thing that changes with size is the price, which scales with your voter roll. Weighted voting, your own web address, certified results, observer accounts, nominations and branding are all included whatever your size, with no upgrade needed.

How is the price worked out?

There are two parts. A N$2,500 election fee covers running the election itself, including your first 150 voters: the ballot build, loading your voter list, a practice run, the certified results report and support on the day. Voters above 150 are then charged individually on your exact roll, never a size band, at a rate that falls as the roll grows: N$13 each to 400, N$8.75 to 1,000, N$4 to 2,000, N$2 to 5,000, and N$1 for every voter beyond 5,000. For example, 835 voters costs N$9,556. Final quotes are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

What happens if my election needs more SMS than the bundle?

Every voter's invitation and first reminder are included. Additional reminder rounds are billed at N$0.55 per SMS and added to the final invoice. Link-recovery and practice-run messages are never charged, and email is free. WhatsApp delivery is metered per message (N$0.85 utility, N$1.20 marketing) rather than a flat add-on. We watch delivery in real time and warn you before you go beyond the included messages.

Do you charge a setup fee?

No. The price covers everything: setting up your ballot, loading your voter list, and one round of changes. Larger changes after that are billed hourly at N$650 per hour. There is no onboarding fee.

Can you handle several ballots in one year?

Yes. Unions, funds, federations and party structures often run branch and ward elections, by-elections, constitutional amendments and AGM resolutions on top of the main ballot. Send us the calendar for the year and we will quote it as one piece of work rather than booking each vote on its own.

What payment terms do you accept?

Full amount is payable upfront before work begins. Bank transfer in Namibian Dollars (or EFT). Government bodies and listed companies can request 30-day terms after their first invoice.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Yes, before any voter list or sensitive document is shared. We have a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) template you can use.

I already run elections with you. Does this change my price?

No. Existing customers are grandfathered on the terms you signed. This one-plan, everything-included pricing applies to new elections booked from today; nothing you already have is repriced or downgraded.
