No. The tier price covers everything: setting up your ballot, loading your voter list, and one round of changes. Larger changes after that are billed hourly at N$650 per hour.
Yes. Four or more elections in 12 months get 25% off each tier. Useful for trade unions, federations, and political party structures running ward and branch elections.
50% when we start work, 50% when results are published. Bank transfer in Namibian Dollars (or EFT). Government bodies and listed companies can request 30-day terms after their first invoice.
